Date and Time of Visit: Sometime around 14 July
Injuries, if applicable: None
Has this person received medical care from our doctors before? Yes
If so, from whom? Remy Hadley did her delivery and neo-natal care. I expect she's been in for checkups every few months because she is a baby, but we've not said.
Will this admission require a inpatient stay in the clinic? No
Is there a post that requires tagging, or is this simply agreed to have happened? Handwave, please! I just want to note she's done it. :)
Additional pertinent information: Marie will also appreciate reassurance that her baby is awesome and healthy. As she is. :)
