Changes to the clinic staffing/opening

With Rollie's unfortunate disappearance, we are down one more doctor.  However, our population is also down quite a bit.  There are less than 100 islanders now, which means we don't really need three clinics to be staffed on a regular basis.

I therefore propose that we change the second and third clinic to non-staffed except casual shifts as preferred by the medical folks.  Instead they'll have first aid supplies and the ability to call doctors from the compound. 

This would make the rotations look like this.   If you previously had a shift in the third clinic (Wanda, Joshua, Fitz, and Aidan) and you'd like to pick up another shift in the main clinic, please let me know or change the clinic page of the wiki. 

If anyone has any objections to this, or any questions, please let me know.

I have no objections. Nor would Joshua given the shape of the populace. He probably keeps an eye on the stock in the third clinic and would be aware of how little traffic it was getting.

I'd fill him in for all of the morning shifts, but that seems excessive. Still, he's probably there as Cam is. (I was really tempted to write Camille.)

Along with the emergency call boxes, there's the email/IM and the hover ambulance--I'm sure we can get doctors and patients where they're needed!

Exactly! So there's no real need to staff all the clinics on a regular basis. If a giant squid comes, we'll respond in time, I'm sure.

Phedre can probably take an extra shift or two if needed, despite having a newborn.

Cam will probably object to that on the grounds of said newborn, but if Phedre is insistent, would give in.

However, Phedre certainly does not HAVE to pick up any shifts. She could, but she's not required. This is an all volunteer army here.
